Publishing policy has an Open Access policy for research publications. We support both Green and Gold models. Open Access does not mean Public Domain. With, manuscripts (if accepted for publication) are published under the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives International (CC BY-NC-ND) licence. Under this licence, the contents are freely available online for anybody to read, download, copy, distribute, and transmit provided that the authors, editors and publisher are properly cited. Commercial use and derivative works are, however, not permitted.

In order to widen the reading of research-related publications to not only every scholar, but also ANYBODY throughout the world, encourages researchers to publish original research according to the principles of the Open Access model. For example, an Open Access publication will allow individuals who are not members of a particular journal nor affiliated to any universities to access, read, download, copy, distribute, transmit, search and/or scroll research publications.

Yet, Open Access is not costless to produce. The true costs of peer-reviewing, editing, proof reading, manuscript preparation, and desktop publishing must be taken into consideration in order to ensure a high standard of quality. There are other ways to lessen the costs than fully charging the readers or the writers, given the fact that, most editors and peer-reviewers already donate their time and work, just like the authors. In consequence, what requires to lessen the costs is an non-exclusive licence that also allows the manuscript to be available as other formats (e.g. paperback, hardback, print-on-demand, kindle edition, etc.). We nevertheless request an article-processing charge (APC) for each manuscript accepted for publication. The article-processing charge is essentiel to not only ensure that the publication remains free of charge for any reader anywhere, but to also establish a high standard of quality.'s website is licenced under a CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence.
